Registration open for “Le Voci del Domani” (Voices of Tomorrow) at the Festival dell'Economia in Trento: young people take center stage in the debate
Applications are once again open for “The Voices of Tomorrow,” the call for ideas of the Festival dell’Economia in Trento that gives space and voice to new generations. The initiative invites young people aged between 18 and 30 to submit reflections and projects to become speakers at official events alongside economists, academics, and leading figures from the national and international scene.
The theme of the 2026 Festival, “From Markets to New Powers. The Hopes of the Young,” focuses on today’s economic and social transformations: from changes in the world of work to inequalities and new geopolitical balances. The goal is to directly involve those who experience these challenges firsthand, turning ideas and skills into concrete contributions to public debate.
To participate, applicants must submit by April 8 a presentation text of up to 1,200 characters and a two-minute video via the website ilsole24ore.com/vocideldomani. Those selected by the Festival’s Scientific Committee will join the official program as speakers at the Festival dell’Economia, which will take place from May 20 to May 24, 2026, organized by the Il Sole 24 Ore Group and Trentino Marketing on behalf of the Autonomous Province of Trento, in collaboration with the Municipality and the University of Trento.
In previous editions, the initiative has already brought young participants onto the stage alongside leading figures from the worlds of economics and institutions, confirming the Festival’s commitment to strengthening dialogue between generations.
